- Prepare 1/2 tablespoon Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce)
- Make ready 1/2 tablespoon Sesame Oil

Chop up salmon in cubes with knife pointing in opposite direction of skin and flesh. Marinate in soy sauce for five minutes.
